Directions for Use:

1. Slide the indicator to the bottom of the scale.

2. Inhale deeply, then exhale forcefully into the mouthpiece.

3. Record the reading where the indicator stops.

4. Repeat three times and record the highest reading.

5. Compare to your personal best or prescribed zones to assess asthma control.

Maintenance & Care:

• Clean the mouthpiece regularly with mild soap and warm water.

• Dry thoroughly before reuse.

• Store the device in a dry, room-temperature environment.
